These Terms of Service govern your use of marrakeshrug.com and purchases from NodalCompany LLC, operating under the Marrakesh Rug brand. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Handmade Variations

Our rugs are handmade. Small variations in dimensions, color, pattern, pile, and fringe are natural characteristics of artisan production and are not defects. Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but screen settings may affect color appearance.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and fraud review. We may contact you to verify order information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order and will refund any payment collected for a canceled order.

3. Prices, Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Shipping is included. Import duties and local taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are not collected by Marrakesh Rug unless clearly stated at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery

Ready-to-ship rugs are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Custom rugs normally require up to 10 business days for production. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 20–25 business days for the United States, Canada, and Europe, and 20–30 business days for other countries. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, provided production or shipping has not started. Once a custom order enters production or an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned within 15 days of delivery in unused, original condition and protective packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Custom-made, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are generally non-returnable. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary. 7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact support@marrakeshrug.com within 15 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. If the claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Promotional Offer

The Summer Sale provides 15% off eligible products through September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, is valid online only, cannot be combined with another discount, excludes gift cards, and is subject to product availability. We may correct obvious pricing errors or prevent misuse of the promotion.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, product photography, designs, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to NodalCompany LLC and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodalCompany LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
